 We hope you are impressed with the variety and quality of our new logo attire – we look forward to the new and improved look this attire will provide our team.
As you know, U.S. Compliance personnel (i.e. sales, environmental, advisors, managers and supervisors) visiting a client or prospective client’s location are required to wear company logo attire. For in-office workdays, please follow our current business casual dress code and “casual Friday” policies.
This program is set to accomplish the following business objectives:
1. Provide a consistent and professional image with both our existing and prospective customers. As a professional service business, it is critical that our attire/“look” be consistent with that of a professional. In addition, the objective third party image we provide is a very important benefit to our clients and wearing U.S. Compliance logo attire will reinforce that benefit.
2. Increase U.S. Compliance’s brand within the marketplace. Given the fact that we literally interact with thousands of people on a monthly basis, a significant opportunity to increase our company’s brand awareness exists through an effective company logo attire program.
3. Reinforce a team/employee culture that is proud of the company they represent and have chosen as their employer.
To ease the burden of ordering corporate attire, U.S. Compliance has implemented this online “Pro Shop” that includes a broad array of clothing items and sizes for personnel to purchase. Go ahead and look through the items offered in the Pro Shop and select the item(s) you want. You will be required to provide your personal credit card and home address (no order should be placed using a corporate credit card). Your order will be processed immediately and you should receive your merchandise within 1-2 weeks.
U.S. Compliance provides an annual 50% subsidization on orders up to $250 for all personnel. For new employees who start after July 1, the amount is $125. Expense reports with an attached receipt should be submitted to Human Resources for approval. HR will approve and track all orders, and the Expense Report will be passed on to the Accounting Department for reimbursement.
