CLIENT: National manufacturer of decking materials

BACKGROUND

Company wanted to create a co-op incentive program for its dealers as well as a platform for its employees to order company branded merchandise. Upon reaching pre-defined sales benchmarks, the dealers would receive co-op dollars to spend on company merchandise with the option to add their own custom copy or logo.

CPS.com SOLUTION

Working with the distributor, CompanyPromoStore.com created a dealer-branded online store that enabled dealers to access the site through their already existing login for the corporate site and order merchandise via a purchase order. The company verified the order matched the dealer’s available co-op dollars and if so, released the order for processing through CPS.com back-end administrative portal. The platform provided a simple way for dealers to use their co-op funds and a mechanism for the corporate office to track budgets as well as control their brand.
